Mark D. Litten is Executive Director of the Greater Erie County Marketing Group Inc.  He has 20 years experience in Economic Development within the State of Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Mount Union College, Ohio. He also has a Masters of Science degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Dayton, Ohio.
